Gangubai is a mid-aged woman from the Lambani community whose husband is unemployed and whose daughter has severe health issues. Her income is helping her to not only support the family but also take care of medical expenses.

Priyanka

Priyanka, a young girl from the lambani community aspiring for higher education, had to quit after 12th standard as her family couldn't afford to continue her studies due to poor financial conditions. Her parents do petty jobs to make the ends meet. Priyanka has joined Banjara Kasuti to start earning and also contribute to the family's income.

Lalitha

Lalitha is a young woman who worked on all odd jobs as and when required, under harsh 40°C heat, with minimal daily wage. During Covid 19 pandemic her husband was jobless, leaving her as the sole bread earner of the family. She quit her work and joined Banjara Kasuti on fixed monthly wages which supported her family and kids education.
